This Mural in Pereira, Colombia, was created as a memorial for the children that were killed by Luis Garavito.

Luis Garavito was responsible for the murder of hundreds of children in the 1990s. He was active in Columbia and most of his victims were males between the ages of 8-13. Many of his victims, after being pulled from shallow graves, had been decapitated, had their hands bound and showed signs of being tortured.
